Description

I Should Never Have Picked Up The Call is a gripping thriller about how one seemingly ordinary decision can pull someone into a chain of events they could never have imagined.

It begins with a phone call. A message. A moment that should perhaps have been ignored. But once the call is answered, there is no simple way back.

What follows is a fast-moving journey through uncertainty, danger, unexpected discoveries, and moments where fear and courage collide. As the mystery deepens, every answer seems to create another question, and every decision carries consequences.

Rather than being only a story of suspense, I Should Never Have Picked Up The Call explores the emotions beneath the mystery — family, loss, resilience, determination, and the instinct to hold on to hope even when circumstances seem impossible.

Written in an accessible, cinematic style, the book is especially relevant for:

Young readers who enjoy mystery and adventure
Teen and young-adult fiction readers
Readers who enjoy fast-paced thrillers
Fans of suspense, unexpected twists, and emotional storytelling
Anyone who enjoys stories about courage, family, and hope

“Some Calls Change A Conversation. Others Change Everything.”

I Should Never Have Picked Up The Call takes readers from an ordinary moment into an extraordinary journey — where mystery grows, danger gets closer, and giving up is never the answer.
